Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. This is your "cooling-off period."
To exercise this right, simply contact us within 14 days and return the item in its original condition. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Right to Clear Information
Before you make a purchase, you have the right to receive clear, comprehensible information about:
- The main characteristics of the goods or services
- The total price including all taxes and charges
- Identity and address of the trader
- The right of withdrawal
- Delivery costs and arrangements
- Payment methods accepted
Right to Fair Contract Terms
Contract terms must be fair and transparent. We do not use unfair terms that create a significant imbalance between your rights and ours.
Right to Digital Content
For digital content (e-books, audiobooks, magazines, journals):
- You have the right to content that matches the description
- The content must be of satisfactory quality
- The content must be fit for the intended purpose
- Note: The 14-day withdrawal right may not apply if you have started downloading or streaming the content
Right to Redress for Faulty Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to:
- A full refund within 30 days (short-term right to reject)
- A repair or replacement
- A price reduction or refund if repair/replacement is not possible
