How long does delivery take?

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over 299 DKK within Denmark.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting support.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Physical books can be returned within 14 days. Digital content is non-refundable once accessed.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

All displayed prices include 25% Danish VAT for EU consumers.

Do you offer B2B invoicing?

B2B customers with valid EU VAT numbers may be eligible for reverse charge.

E-books and audiobooks are accessible through your KUOS account library.

Can I read offline?

Yes, you can download content for offline reading in the KUOS app.

Does my reading progress sync?

Yes, your reading progress syncs across all your devices.

What is the KUOS Notebook?

Yes, every book has an AI-powered notebook for highlights and notes.

Account

How do I create an account?

Click Account in the top menu and select Create Account.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings and click Delete Account. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can change your email in Account Settings.

For Authors

How do I publish a book?

Click Publish in the navigation menu to start publishing your book.

What royalties do authors receive?

Authors receive 70% royalty on each sale.

What can I publish?

KUOS Press currently publishes books, journals, and magazines in print, e-book, and audiobook formats.

What formats do you accept?

We support PDF, EPUB, DOCX, and Markdown for books, journals, and magazines. MP3 for audiobooks.
